Some of my fondest memories involve real estate. When I was three years old my parents purchased a project home on the Braden River. It needed a lot of work and we were fortunate that Uncle Tommy offered a helping hand. Formerly Army Special Forces and then commercial construction superintendent, Tommy provided my first memorable lesson in real estate. Remove whatever is in your way. Demolition. “See that wall over there? Your Mom and Dad need that wall knocked out of their way. Here’s a hammer, have at it!” Little me loved my new job.
Of course, I didn’t complete the remodel on my own. In fact, my parents tell me I kept “helping” with the hammer after the new walls were constructed. Despite my misunderstandings and a few extra holes in the walls, my memories are filled with the relationships and joy the home was intended for.
Now I have the opportunity to empower you and ensure your real estate interests are handled professionally. Our first step is to make contact, so have at it!
